So this is what it's like to be mundane.

Due to some activities that I was involved with earlier this week, I've been stripped of my Gifts and Abilities.

The outside world is now just grey nothingness and filled with static.

The scary part is...

It's actually somewhat comforting.

Tomorrow, the Storm Prediction Center Day 2 Convective Outlook has us in a moderate risk, with tornadoes, damaging wind, and hail all possible.

Yet another disappointment...

Well shit...

Our flood watch was cancelled at 9:46pm.

Our chances of severe storms overnight is rapidly diminishing to nothing.

At least we'll get some storms.

Oh well...at least I don't have to be on the air from 2a-6a now.

Welcome to hell...

Okay...so I get up at 5:30am and do my normal 6a-9a radio show...

I'm around the office and running errands from 9-11:50am...

At 11:50, the station manager calls me in a panic...as our digital audio server won't boot back up...

I left the station at just before 7pm. The engineer was trying to restore a backup index file so that the system didn't see all the digital audio stuff as one giant file.

*ugh*

I'm napping shortly...then if the weather turns severe for us, I'll be on the air from 2a-6a for the purpose of relaying watches/warnings to our late night audience (that and we'll be one of few stations actually *live* and doing weather in St. Cloud.

I have an hour long interview tomorrow with Sue about her research project and how communication works at KVSC.

Oh, this will be so much fun.

Tuesday's To Do

Well, I got my errands done for the day.

I have a list of things to accomplish for the day...

1. Clean room
2. Work on Stocky Jock rebuild
3. Spend one hour writing on the novel
4. Get laid!

(okay, so my list is only three items long)

My room isn't bad, but I want to tackle it before it gets out of hand again.

The Stocky Jock rebuild is already mostly done. I just need to finish off a couple of parts that are causing me difficulty.

My novel, it sits languishing on my the hard drive, should be getting back into development and creativity shortly...
