Help me out here my fellow Pagan friends...

I've been having recurrent thoughts/dreams about a certain subject.

They have been increasing in clarity and frequency.

The subject:

Earthquakes.

Any ideas? I'm stumped.

Woohooo!

Well, the KVSC website is completely updated.

The program guide is now reflecting the FALL schedule.

The music charts are updated as is the Featured Artist Spotlight Schedule.

*cheers*

Jo (our station manager) will be much happier now that things are getting done.

Now...I'm off to tackle Stocky Jock Athletics.

Once the galleries are updated and the navigation menus are updated, I'll be getting headway on the website for The Cheering Section.

It's good to be busy with work.

Well, well, well

A construction crew cut two of the three phases of the power feed into SCSU at 2:09pm.

As of 3:11am, power is still out to KVSC's studios and most of the south half of campus.

The original restoration was to be done at 6pm...then 9pm...then 12 midnight...then 1...2....3am.

Scooter and I left our "babysitting" posts at the station at 3am after making sure all was locked up.

12 hours lost off-air...and will there be anything tomorrow? Who knows.

My damned mobile provider

I ordered a new Samsung S105 from T-Mobile last Wednesday. $15 for the "express" shipping. I should have had it on Friday. No dice.

Order sat in "pending" status until Sunday...when it went into "back ordered" status...until who knows when they told me.

Oh joy.

I called early Monday morning and found out about the backorder status.

I called here this afternoon. It's back to "pending" but no longer in backordered status.

I *should* have my phone by Friday (again). At least they are not charging me for the express shipping.

I'll believe it when the phone in is my dirty lil paw.

Oh yeah...T-Mobile. Get More...Hassle.

The service rocks...and I've had very few problems with dropped calls/bad connections (that weren't related to the piece of shit Motorola t193 I'm using since my Nokia 3390 died.) Just getting a phone can be a royal pain in the ass.

I almost bought an AT&T phone through Best Buy (employee discount and all) and was not going to activate it...since I could just drop my T-Mo SIM card into it and it would work.

That's all...I'm just happy that I should have a new phone by the weekend.

Sweet Dreams Are *NOT* Made Of This...

For the last three nights, I've slept poorly and I've had really wierd dreams.

Last night, I had a dream that I was trapped in a hospital (or some sort of health care facility).

It seemed familiar, but I couldn't figure out where I was.

The people I was with were located in a different part of the complex and I couldn't figure out how to get around in the elevator/stairway system. It was as if the maintainence crew knew where I wanted to go and how I wanted to get there and blocked my passage.

Where ever I was, they got 4" of snow in about 20 minutes...but it was all on the grass. The really odd part of this is that when I went into this place, it was sunny and in the low 80s outside.

Since this started, I've been unable to focus on anything magickal for any length of time.

The strange dreams and the lack of magickal ability are definately linked. I just have to figure out how to get rid of the dreams and restore my energy. It does appear however that I have dopplegangers in place of my normal spirit guides.

These are my first order of business.

So much magick to do, so little time.

Monday Monday...

It's another Monday...

I spent most of last night tossing and turning.

I was meditating before falling asleep...suddenly I couldn't remember what I was meditating on...and I couldn't focus my mind for a couple of minutes.

I finally managed to fall back to sleep..and wound up waking up all through the night...having really messed up dreams that I couldn't remember no matter how hard I tried. I knew they were messed up dreams...but I couldn't remember them.

My alarm went off at 7:30 this morning...and I finally stopped hitting the snooze bar at 8:15.

The 9a-noon radio show went fairly well. Mark (the sit-in trainee) has 10+ years of commercial radio experience...and he's covering the 1p-4p today...after that...he should be set to go.

I'm working on web stuff for The Cheering Section today. I hope to have a couple of more designs done today and sent over to them.

That is all...resume your normal activities ;)

VH1 Classic Song of the Day...

I finally got to see the video for said song...and the video for "Crazy" by Icehouse.

I must say .. the video for Throw Your Arms...*SUCKED*

It's one of the best ballads around...and the video was a "let's show the band playing" video.

*boo* *hiss*

Now where's some more Vitamin Z and Thinkman videos...and some Dream Academy too!

Oh Margo....

I won guest passes to go see the Cowboy Junkies at the Paramount Theatre here in St. Cloud tonight...

I loved the Cowboy Junkies before...

I'm enraptured.

The layering of the mandolin...the accordian...and Margo's divine voice.

*swoon*

It was an excellent show. I was spiritually relaxed, at peace, and content when I left.
