Steer's owner ticketed for "Excessive Mooing"
I mean really!
I want I really want to find now is one of those can like things that when you flip it over makes a "Moooo" sound. I'd put it on a slow spin outside the neighbor's window. Just to really push them over the edge.
You live next to a farm. They have cows. Cows moo.
You have two choices. Deal with it...or MOO-ve.

I hate my truck...
I got up this morning in a good mood, all bright eyed and ready to go...
Walked down to my truck...and was greeted with 3/4" of antifreeze all over the passenger side of my truck. The heater core failed overnight.
*sigh* I'm calling a couple of shops to get estimates on how much it will cost to have this lil mess fixed.
Can I just give up now?

Umm...do I have to have a subject?
Well, I have survived Wednesday. *cheer*
I came home, one of my roommates had dinner started and the other had vacuumed the house and mopped the kitchen floor.
I was happy. Dinner wasn't the greatest I've had, but as I didn't have to cook, it was better than average!
I sat down tonight and finally got the Garou Nation website updated with the latest September event game details as well as catching up the in character news section. I'm still working on a new layout and deciding which sections of the site are really necessary and which sections can be scrapped in the new design.
While I was coding, I had laundry going and so I feel like I've accomplished quite a bit tonight.
I'd type more, but it's getting late and I should head to bed as my eyes are starting to get heavier.

Welcome to Saturday morning
I woke up at 8:30...and panicked because I was going to be late to work...except it's Saturday.
I have a list of "should do" things like I should finish the dishes, finish cleaning my desk, clean out my truck...but I'm just not feeling all that motivated on it.
It's a lazy Saturday morning and I'm not sure how much I like it yet.

Okay okay...work has been getting in my way of cr...
Okay okay...work has been getting in my way of creativity.
I've not felt like writing, working on websites, or anything else for that matter.
Between home and work, things are settling down and I'm finally feeling the creative urge starting to rise up.
The last few weeks have been busy with work, actually getting the apartment clean, and odd trips.
My novel has been at a standstill and in many ways, life has felt the same way. It's a daily routine that I go through, but I never really get anywhere. I finally realized this week that next month I should finally be back on an even keel financially (even able to save a little bit each month) and that has lifted my spirits quite a bit.
I have a few pressing financial things that I must take care of as soon as possible, but I can work those out on my own.
I don't have any plans for the weekend. The weather is supposed to be hotter than hades all weekend. Temperatures into the low to mid 90s and humid. Summer officially started yesterday and it's here to prove it. I'm going to be in my room in front of the computer updating the Garou Nation website (finally) to include the August event game (since it's now settled) and some changes to Chronicles (new Alpha in Stevens Point, Chattanooga hosting the event game, etc). With the heat and humidity, it seems like a good weekend to just stay home and avoid the outdoor sauna.
Overall, life is going well. I could complain, but it doesn't serve any purpose except to drag others around me down as well. I need to focus on what I have and what I can control. That's all we can change and deal with, so why worry about the other things?

Update tonight...
I'm not dead. I've just been caught in the grind of work, eat, sleep and repeating it.
I'm going to be posting a big catch-up post tonight and then getting back into the daily posting routine.
I've been too withdrawn from LJ and also from my IM friends and hell, my real life friends too.

Ch...ch...changes
First: If you are reading this, you are on my friends list. The new screen names are somewhat obvious, but I'm keeping them in my "friends only" post for a reason. Actually, several people...
Anyways...
I've decided that having different usernames on IM services is rather silly. I decided to take the plunge and after many years of being JTinMSP and Sarj26MN (wow...26 years old when I created that one, that was almost 9 years ago)...
I'm now BigBearJT72 on AIM/Yahoo and bigbearjt72@hotmail.com for MSN.
I'll have the old names around for a while, but in a few months I'll stop using them.
My next project will be to move my LJ over to a new name as well, but that one will be different I think.
