I want one of these. My old IBM keyboard has died at the age of 15 years. I would like to replace it.
If some loving soul would like to buy me one of these, feel free to e-mail me for the pertinent shipping details.

I love those keyboards too.
IBM actually made a bunch of BLACK ones WITH their little "trackpoint" nipple-thingy included. I "rescued" one from my work which laid me off. (It was getting trashed and so I put it in my car instead.)
I also have an old white one that is like the original IBM's, but has a trackball installed in the uppper RIGHT corner with like a billion buttons on it. Really odd. (The trackball is REALLY hard to use in that position.)
I believe that Keytronic does make a few NEW "mechanical" keyboards like IBM did. But on the latest check, I can't seem to find any mechanical ones there. :( (Possibly the TRAK101 in their Closeout area.)
Seems that Kensington (of all people) just introduced a mechanical keyboard for the Mac. (Link Here)
The only current one I could find was at Focus. (Link Here, For Sale Here or Here Or A Weird Left-Handed Version. The best "Membrane" keyboard I've ever found was Keytronic's though. (Link Here)
