Horoscopes...

John's Sun Sign is Virgo ...

Analytical Virgo, as the sixth sign of the zodiac, you represent purity, perfection, and practicality, John. Virgos put things in order to unify the world.

Mercury, the planet of mental and intellectual principles, and ruler of Virgo, makes you a methodical and organized worker who brings an analytical, systematic approach to all facets of life. You project a serious image overall, one only strengthened by your problem-solving skills and fastidious refinement.

Yours is the second of the earth signs, John, which makes you a dependable, responsible individual. You are reserved and modest in your behavior, and discriminating in your choices. You connect strongly to Mother Earth, and are therefore extremely health-conscious.

As a Virgo, you rule the sixth house of the horoscope, associated with the quality of work. Furthermore, this section of the chart shows how you analyze, deal with, and communicate details. The sixth house also involves health matters in general.

Virgo mode is mutable, which means that you are a levelheaded communicator who makes sure that whatever is being discussed is precise and accurate. Your role in a team is that of quality control.

Your strengths, John, lie in your sharp mental powers, especially in scientific, or technical areas. You are well spoken and witty, and have a good understanding of other people's problems. Above all, you're a great problem solver, providing clear analysis to complex issues.

Your weaknesses are that you tend to be too much of a perfectionist, which can lead you to pedantic, petty, or schoolmasterly behavior. Your critical and sometimes negative outlook on life can be a downer for others, who may describe you as reserved, overly critical, and timid.

Your Rising Sign is Cancer ...

Cancer Rising, you are a "lunar" personality. That is someone who is emotionally volatile, John, with inexplicable mood swings that seem to occur cyclically. In general, you keep a good deal of anxiety inside yourself, especially if you are in doubt about something. Even though you are sensitive, susceptible, and vulnerable on the inside, this may not be apparent because you cover yourself with a hard shell. You don't like to make waves, and you prefer to stoically endure difficult relationships, rather than taking active steps to find a resolution. You contain a deep inner life, one full of imagination and fantasy, which explains why you are attracted to the eccentric and idiosyncratic sides of other people.

You are a nurturing and hospitable individual, and are drawn to creating a safe place in your life, which is your home and your family. You are the kind of person who goes back to reconstruct your family tree, and rummages through the attic looking for lost memories or objects of your past. You have a strong need to protect your loved ones, showering them with love and affection.

Activities such as eating, sleeping, and sexual expression must be regular and satisfying, lest you become moody or irritable. You are loyal in romantic relationships, John, even overly sentimental at times, and love unreservedly. The impact you have on other people is considerable. By using your highly empathic sensibilities, you are able to subtly manipulate other people's feelings and thoughts, usually to make them feel better.

You require an audience, a group receptive to your ideas and emotions, and may feel hurt and rejected if you don't find one. But in remaining close and loyal to your true friends, you are in a unique position to connect with people, individually and in groups, in meaningful and lasting ways.

If I'd been more health conscious before this...I'd probably *not* be diabetic. It was my weight and horrid eating habits that got me fat and diabetic.

Oh well. I'm down to 265lbs and still slowly losing.

Now I get to fight with Gold's Gym as I can't transfer my membership to Kenosha (the closest Gold's) even though I was told I could.

fair enough... but now health is thrust upon you wether you like it or not... moot point.

and yeah... Gold's is going to be a bitch I'm guessing... you may have to see if Scooter or someone else will wish to buy it off of you.
